| I would like to introduce you to my Dad. He resides in Los Osos, CA (by Morro Bay in San Luis Obispo County). He was a champion swimmer of Denmark. He is 84 years young and swims about 2,000 meters a day at his local fitness center, as well as one half hour a day on his antique stationary bike. He adds mild strength training to his routine a couple times per week.
