The Pancake Cottage assumes no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries. All entries become the property of THE PANCAKE COTTAGE and will not be acknowledged or returned. 2. Prizes and Odds of Winning. One drawing will be held on or about Saturday January 19, 2008 for “CATALINA WINTER GETAWAY FOR TWO CONTEST”. Substituting prizes is not allowed. Grand Prize is non-transferable. Any applicable federal, state, and/or local taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. By entering this Grand Prize Drawing, entrants are agreeing to periodic updates from THE PANCAKE COTTAGE about this drawing, special offers, or new restaurant Specials or Events.
